INDIVIDUAL ART THERAPY SESSIONS
We help individuals (11 yrs+) cope with a range of life issues: like dealing with academic stress, diagnosed anxiety or depression. We also work with individuals on the spectrum and provide coping strategies to deal with family separation, problems of identity and acculturation, improving communication, and coping with loss. Mindkshetra is invested in supporting individuals to get through their vulnerable times, focusing on cultivating mental wellness with our art therapy for anxiety and depression.
