Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your children has provided us with Personal Data, Please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal information from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Use of your personal information
Mindkshetra may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also make you aware of new and additional workshops, services and opportunities available to you. We may use your personal information to improve our services and better understand your needs.
Mindkshetra may contact you by a variety of measures including, but not limited to telephone, email, sms or mail, to schedule appointments, send invoices and where you have nominated to receive monthly newsletters.
Before our initial appointment the personal information collected will help understand your needs and assist with your enquiry.
While accessing counselling
All information provided will remain confidential. The confidentiality will only be broken in the case of disclosures (please refer to Disclosure of personal information), prevention of serious harm to yourself or others (adult and child safeguarding would be considered as appropriate).
Written notes collected from each session are digitised maintained electronically and password protected, in pseudo-anonymised folders. And the end of our contract with each other – in line with ANZACATA Standards of Professional Practice and Code of Ethics – records and art works are maintained for 7 years from the last date of contact and then securely destroyed.
Disclosure of your personal information
Mindkshetra may disclose your personal information in good faith that such action is necessary:
To protect and defend the rights or property of Mindkshetra
To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
We may from time to time need to disclose personal information to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request.
To seek supervision counsel to enable us to provide quality service to you, in that instance all personal information will be pseduo-anonymised.

A small administrative fee may be payable for the provision of information. What ages do you serve?
While our program is geared towards youth ages 5-17, we currently operate through IDEA Judson for Kinder through College Prep grade levels (K-High School).
Where will your programs be offered at?
We are currently providing program services at IDEA Public Schools - Judson Academy and College Prep as well as IDEA Public Schools - Harvey E. Najim Academy and Colllege Prep sites.
What are your hours of operation for the After School Program?
We are looking to provide services from the time school ends till 6:30pm. When there is early dismissal, we will begin at that time and still close at 6:30pm.
What can I do to help?
This is the question we get asked the most and one that we really love to hear.
How is your program different from other after school programs?
Kid Nation, Inc. prides itself in delivering structured programs using a rotation schedule that allows for the kids to participate in the various programs offered.
How much does your Program cost?
We are working with each school to determine the best cost for after school and summer programs for their population of families. Please contact our administration number at 210-818-3789 for more information.
Can you tell us about your Summer Program?
Summer 2021 will most likely continue in observing CDC & School Protocols until further notice. Our program is tentatively scheduled to operate from 7am-6:30pm Monday thru Friday with highly exceptional programs for ages 6-17. Some exceptions may be available for 5 year olds but will be limited in the number that we can serve and based on two other qualifications.
